• Chiblu does not own, sell, store, or ship products unless explicitly stated.

• Chiblu is not a party to transactions between Buyers and Sellers, except for limited payment facilitation where applicable.

• Certain Services are free, while others may be subject to subscription fees, add-on fees, or transaction-based platform service fees.

• All applicable fees will be communicated on the website or seller dashboard at the time of availing the Service.

• Payment gateway charges and applicable taxes are borne by the Seller.

• All platform content, branding, and technology are proprietary to Chiblu.

• Unauthorized use may result in legal action.

• The platform may include links to third-party websites or services.

• Use of such services is governed by third-party terms and policies.

• Services are provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis.

• Users must independently assess the suitability of the Services.

• Sellers are solely responsible for product quality, pricing, legality, fulfillment, delivery, warranties, and post-sale support.

• Sellers must comply with all applicable laws, including consumer protection and tax laws.

• Product listings, directory placement, and homepage features are subject to plan eligibility and platform discretion.

• Featured placements are time-bound and do not guarantee sales.

• Sellers enabling online payments agree to pay a platform service fee and/or transaction fee per successful transaction.

• Fee structures may be revised and will be communicated via the platform.

• Payment gateway and third-party charges are borne by the Seller.

• Sellers are responsible for handling buyer disputes, refunds, and chargebacks.

• Chiblu may assist but is not liable for dispute outcomes.

• Buyers must review product details, pricing, and seller policies before placing orders.

• Buyers acknowledge that product representations are provided by Sellers.

• Orders may be placed directly with Sellers or via platform-enabled payments.

• Chiblu does not guarantee fulfillment of orders.

• Shipping and returns are governed by Seller policies.

• Chiblu is not responsible for delivery delays or refund disputes.

• Buyer–Seller communication may occur via WhatsApp or third-party tools.

• Chiblu does not control external communications.

• These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India.

• Courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
